We Connect Capital to Opportunity
Equipment leasing and finance is in our DNA—It’s what we know, and we do it well. [(Read about our history and formation.)]
We are a direct lender with our own capital. Since day one, we’ve funded transactions through our own balance sheet.
Beyond our internal funding capabilities, we also tap into capital markets and maintain relationships with senior lenders (banks & private investors) to expand our funding power for our customers’ benefit.
Over our careers, we’ve learned that a one-size-fits-all approach to finance rarely works. That’s why we focus on truly listening to our customers, analyzing their unique needs, and collaborating with all stakeholders to develop tailored financing solutions. Sometimes that solution looks like a straightforward loan, lease, or rental; other times, it’s a creative structure that goes beyond the ordinary.
When you work with us, expect a “concierge approach.” We’re nimble, accessible, and transparent. We make money by making deals happen, so we move quickly to assess whether we can bring value—and if we can’t, we’ll let you know right away.
From a philosophical standpoint, we take a clear, direct approach to funding opportunities:
- Deal Details: What exactly is the customer asking for, and why?
- Investment Logic: Does the opportunity make sense to us? What are the risks and rewards?
- Business Understanding: Do we grasp what the customer’s business does and what they hope to achieve?
- Creditworthiness: Can they pay? Will they pay? And if unforeseen circumstances arise, how are we protected?
- Additional Factors: Are there any unique aspects that either strengthen or weaken the deal?
Many finance companies offer quick turnaround and low rates for simple, well-established credits with solid collateral. We can certainly handle those transactions. However, where we truly shine is in financing opportunities that may be considered less than perfect or “rock-solid” by traditional banks. Over the years, we’ve found success in crafting solutions for organizations that other lenders overlook.
